UMass Global (formerly Brandman University) in Fairfield, California, is situated halfway between San Francisco and Sacramento and is home to the Jelly Belly Candy Company. Our location is conveniently located. Take the Hilborn exit off Hwy 80 and turn left on Martin Road. We are located in the WestAmerica Bank complex, directly across from Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District.

The Fairfield location was originally established in 1971 to provide educational opportunities to the nearby Travis Air Force Base. Since 1988, the location has been open to all students and offers a wide selection of undergraduate and graduate courses.

Added Authorization, Early Childhood Special Education

Accredited by the CTC, this Added Authorization, Early Childhood Special Education allows teachers with special education credentials to teach children up to age 5 with disabilities. ECSE programs can be administered in different settings, from school districts to regional centers, private childcare settings to family homes.
