Biography

Paulina joined UMass Global in March of 2020 within the Office of Accessible Education. Paulina is the first point of contact for the OAE and monitors the office email and answers the main phone line during office hours. Paulina also receives all new student accommodation request forms, processes letters of accommodation, and maintains the OAE webpages and the internal database.  

 

Prior to joining the OAE team here at UMass Global, Paulina provided administrative and clerical support in a variety of settings, including health and human resources. Paulina completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Behavior with a minor in Economics at the University of California, Irvine and is continuing her education for a Master’s in Business Administration.
