Morales said she looks forward to the challenge of leading the 1,900-student district.

“I am beyond excited about becoming part of the Live Oak community and engaging with all stakeholders,” Morales said in a prepared release. “During my first 100 days, I will focus on listening to learn, learning to grow, and leading to engage and plan so that working together we can create the conditions for all students to be successful.”
