    The Air University Associate-to-Baccalaureate Cooperative Program (AU-ABC) is an initiative between Air University and UMass Global to offer baccalaureate degree opportunities to enlisted Air Force personnel with a completed Associate degree from the Community College of the Air Force (CCAF). Read More

    The General Education Mobile (GEM) program is a partnership between the Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) and UMass Global to deliver general education coursework required for the CCAF degree.     Tuition Assistance Program

    UMass Global offers Tuition Assistance (TA) to cover 100 percent of undergraduate tuition for active duty service members as well as members of the Reserve. Active duty graduate students qualify for reduced tuition rate.

    To utilize your TA benefit, contact your ESO or Education counselor prior to enrolling. In addition, Air Force students need to register for courses and apply for TA through the Air Force Virtual Education Center.


    Montgomery GI Bill® Active Duty (MGIB-AD) - Chapter 30

  • ArmyIgnitED / Army COOL Program

    Active Duty Army, Army Reserve, and National Guard personnel are eligible for up to $4,000 of financial assistance from the Army Credentialing Assistance Program, which is part of the Army Credentialing Opportunities On-Line (COOL) service.

    • Obtain an industry-recognized certification that shows you are an expert who can successfully perform the key job requirements in your field and anywhere the military life takes you.
    • Enhance your skills, either in your current MOS, or in an occupation you would like to pursue when you leave military service.

Applying to any university is a process; one that we try to make as painless as possible. Follow the steps below to ensure a strong start to school:

 

Step 1:

 Speak With an Enrollment Coach

  • Select the program you are interested in.
  • Call us at 800.746.0082 or fill out a request for information form and a coach will be in touch.

Step 2:

Apply for school

  • Complete all required sections of the online application.
  • Send in official transcripts and additional documentation from ALL colleges and universities you have attended or been admitted to, including military and foreign institutions, since high school.
    • Please review  our guidelines for ordering transcripts. It will save you time and frustration.

Step 3:

Get Financing Squared Away

  • Once admitted, your enrollment coach will connect you with a OneStop Specialist.
  • Submit your signed TA form to your OneStop Specialist.
  • Apply online for additional Veteran benefits at vets.gov or ebenefits.va.gov.
  • Request your certificate of eligibility (COE) from the VA and provide it to your OneStop Specialist.

Register for Classes

  • Meet with your academic advisor and plan out your academic roadmap.
  • Register for courses via MyUMassGlobal following the academic plan and instructions from your advisor.
  • Once registered, submit a request for Military and Veteran Benefits Certification and apply the benefits to each registered course
