University of Massachusetts Global - Main Campus

Coming out of COVID-19, our adult learners told us they would prefer to keep earning their degrees, certificates, and credentials online (as had been necessary during the pandemic). We responded to those wishes, becoming a fully online institution in 2021. We received the same feedback from staff, as COVID taught us our people could perform their jobs just as well remotely.

Most of our staff is online, where our 15+ years of experience in delivering online coursework enables us to continue to deliver exemplary online student support…without the commute! Without the need for classrooms and offices, we downsized the physical space of our Main Campus. We now use the Irvine space for team gatherings and some administrative tasks that require a physical presence.
