Once your account is active, you may set up security questions for identification purposes. To maintain the security and privacy of your records, keep your password confidential.
Degree conferral is automatic. Upon completion of all degree requirements as indicated on the Degree Works official program evaluation, students will be awarded their degrees. Students will receive an email to their UMass Global email account with further information. See the “Graduation/Commencement” tab in MyUMassGlobal for further information.
To make the most of your online learning experience, there are several technical requirements you will need to fulfill to access Brightspace.
For optimal performance, accessibility, and security, Brightspace requires the latest version of supported browsers including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Apple Safari. Most browsers automatically update by default, but you should ensure your browser is set to auto-update for the best experience.
