Kristin Regis
Kristin Regis joins UMass Global as Associate Dean and Professor of Finance. She has over 12 years of experience in online program administration, faculty leadership, and finance education. Previously, she served as Senior Associate Dean at Southern New Hampshire University, where she led business programs and associate deans serving nearly 59,000 students. Her leadership has focused on strategic program growth, AI integration in education, and data-informed decision-making to improve student success, persistence, and retention.
Kristin holds an M.S. in Financial Planning from Bentley University and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. She has earned advanced credentials in artificial intelligence, change management, data science, and FinTech from institutions including Stanford, Cornell, and NYU. She served as Southern New Hampshire University’s CFP Board Registered Program Director and actively contributes to professional service, including volunteering on the CFP Board of Standards Council on Education. Her work has driven curriculum innovation, experiential learning design, and accreditation alignment, supporting adult and non-traditional learners through technology-driven education.
