I have gained a number of new insights to the needs of the EL students in my class, as well as looking at language demands in general related to math. The insights I have gained have allowed me to improve my own instruction while also providing support for other teachers at my site.

As a veteran, I definitely encourage other veterans to seek out what services the school offers. And even if you don't think you can qualify for the advantage, at least ask. It's not accepting a handout. It's encouraging other members in the military to take part in the program.

Going back to school helped me get out of my comfort zone. It helped me get past the ‘we’ve always done it that way’ mentality. I learned that I needed to innovate personally, professionally and to help other become more innovative.

As a senior leader in healthcare, I gained critical insights into my leadership style. The program addressed real-life issues related to culture, politics, communication, innovation, change management and transformation, helping me expand my role as an executive. The faculty was outstanding and invested in my success. I highly recommend this program for any individual, regardless of discipline, who seeks to make a difference leading transformational change!
