General
How do I access MyUMassGlobal?
Depending on your web browser and computer preferences a variation of an authentication box will appear on your screen. Type in your username (make sure you include @umassglobal.edu) and password and click submit.
How do I access my UMass Global student email?
New students who have been assigned a UMass Global e-mail, as well as current students who have opted into using the mail.umassglobal.edu e-mail address, can access their e-mail by logging into UMass Global E-mail.
How do I create or reset my MyUMassGlobal password?
Once your account is active, you may set up security questions for identification purposes in case you forget your changed password. To maintain the security and privacy of your records, keep your password confidential.
How do I apply for degree conferral?
Degree conferral is automatic. Upon completion of all degree requirements as indicated on the Degree Works official program evaluation, students will be awarded their degrees. Students will receive an email to their UMass Global email account with further information. See the “Graduation/Commencement” tab in MyUMassGlobal for further information.
