First Time Logging In

Your university user account and a temporary password were sent to you in your Admissions email (for students) or Welcome email (for employees) to the personal email account you provided the university. The next step in your onboarding process is to set a new password that only you know utilizing the password reset function. During this initial password reset process, you will be required to enroll in the university multifactor authentication (MFA) and self-service password reset application. We highly recommend entering at least two forms of authentication to use with MFA. Click the “First Login” button below and follow the steps to set a new password for your account.

Resetting your password

If you have forgotten your password or you know your password and are required to change your password, click the “Reset Password” button below, or you can visit the campus Single Sign-On (SSO) password-reset function. You will be asked to verify yourself using two forms of authentication that you set up for the self-service password reset application.
