What makes a coaching relationship great?
A great coaching relationship is built upon commitment, trust and vulnerability between both the client and coach. My goal as a coach is to provide support, accountability and encouragement to help my clients identify and reach their goals. Through candid conversations and honest feedback that challenge assumptions, these goals can be established and achieved.
What characteristics do you admire?
I highly admire optimistic and resilient individuals who can navigate challenges with courage and grit. It’s often easier to dwell on the negative rather than the positive and be stuck in disappointment. I am amazed and inspired by individuals who show gratitude and optimism while moving forward.
What makes a perfect day off?
A perfect day starts off with my two boys sleeping in and not having to worry about school drop off or packing lunches! My perfect day is a mix of exploring new places that I’ve never been before, whether that be a new park, beach or restaurant and having downtime to relax at home.
