Tickets
Tickets are required for the ceremony. The graduating student will have an opportunity to request guest tickets during the registration process, up to the amount allotted for that ceremony time. The graduating student will receive their requested guest tickets the Tuesday prior to their ceremony and be able to forward them via email to their guests.*
Invited guests should upload their individual ticket to their mobile device’s digital wallet (Google Wallet or Apple Wallet). Digital tickets will be scanned at the door for entry. The unique bar code on the guest tickets allows only one entry to the assigned ceremony. The first person presenting a ticket (if multiple copies were distributed) will gain entry after scanning and validation. Other people presenting that same ticket will be denied entry. Any person occupying a seat may be asked to present their ticket to confirm admittance.
Children under the age of 2 who will sit on the lap of an adult during the entire ceremony do not require a ticket. All other guests will need a ticket to attend the ceremony. Guests who do not have a valid ticket will be turned away. There will be no exceptions.
*Tickets are not guaranteed, and the event is subject to change.
Entering
Guests will be required to enter the event through a metal detector or evolv screening, which may include a bag search. We encourage our graduating students and guests to review the Clear Bag Policy and Prohibited Items section of our website. Please do not bring any large bags or prohibited items to this event. Strollers will not be allowed inside the venue, but baby carriers are permitted.
Seating
Guest seating is handled on a first come, first serve basis and is outdoors without shade. If guests have any ADA accommodations or seating requirements, please notify your graduating student so they can denote that during the registration process. For more information on ADA accommodations, please visit that section of our website. Note: Children under the age of 2 who will sit on the lap of an adult during the entire ceremony do not require a ticket. All other guests (regardless of their age or willingness to sit on an adult’s lap) will need a ticket to attend the ceremony.
Graduating student seating charts will be posted closer to the ceremony.
Exiting
When the ceremony concludes, we ask that all guests to remain seated until the stage party and graduating students have completed the ceremonial recession. Shortly after that, we need all guests to gather their belongings and exit the venue as soon as possible in order for us to prepare for additional ceremonies. Graduating students will be escorted out of the venue during the recession and will not be permitted to return into the venue. We recommend that guests make plans to meet their graduating student outside the venue following the ceremony.
