Biography

Ashlee joined the University of Massachusetts Global in July 2020 as the Associate Director of the Office of Accessible Education (OAE).

Prior to joining the OAE, Ashlee served as an Access Coordinator at the University of Colorado, Boulder in their Disability Services office where she provided individualized student support in accordance with the legal parameters of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Ashlee completed both her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Education in School Counseling at the University of Cincinnati. While in graduate school, Ashlee interned at two diversely populated high schools where she provided socio-emotional counseling and supported high school students as they determined their next steps in life post-graduation—employment, enlistment, education, or other.

Ashlee’s area of interest includes equity and inclusion, mental health, and self-advocacy.
