Our expert today is Dr. Benjamin Perez, Associate Professor of Information Systems Management at UMass Global. Dr. Perez started his career in K-12 education working for a school district and working in the IT Career Center, specifically with student information systems and state reporting. This led him to become a professor at a local community college teaching web development and eventually to teaching information systems at UMass Global. Dr. Perez has experience working in information technology, data analytics, and instructional technology, specifically with course development and instructional design.
