Dr. Rick L. Mask is a seasoned leadership strategy consultant, experienced Higher Ed executive and author of Social Capital 2.0. With over a decade of experience in leadership and organizational development, Dr. Mask has successfully led and cultivated high-performing teams, drawing from both academic insights and real-world experience.

He specializes in growing human capital by integrating neuroscience, social capital theory, and the principles of The Leadership Challenge into practical strategies. Dr. Mask's approach helps organizations break down personal barriers, foster authentic human connections, and develop effective leaders at all levels. His work empowers organizations to drive meaningful change through enhanced leadership and collaborative growth.

  • Spearhead academic innovation and program enhancements to support learner success in both online and face-to-face modalities across Latin America, Africa, and Asia.
