The Graduate Certificate in Human Resources delves into topics such as career management, conflict and negotiation, labor relations and collective bargaining, and talent management. Available to graduate-level students, this five-course certificate is a great way to boost your skills, knowledge, and overall HR career. Certificate-only students are not eligible for financial aid. 

  • Students pursuing any of these three degrees — MS in Human Resources, MA in Organizational Leadership, or MA in Healthcare Administration — may apply the 15 credits in this certificate to their master's degree requirements.
  • Update and enhance your HR and training-related skills.
  • Start with three foundation courses and then select two electives to align with your career goals.

Admission Requirements

Applicants for this graduate certificate must complete the formal application process with all required documents, which include:

  • Completed application
  • 2.75 grade point average (GPA)
  • Official transcripts from all regionally accredited institutions where baccalaureate and/or post-baccalaureate coursework was completed or attempted
