“Crisis intervention is a cornerstone of all helping professions, whether in social work, behavioral health, schools or healthcare. It is often in moments of crisis that lives are most vulnerable and outcomes most profound. Specialized training can prepare professionals with the skills, confidence, and cultural sensitivity needed to respond with clarity and compassion, transforming moments of chaos into opportunities for safety, healing, and hope.”
