Jennifer Teague

Dr. Jennifer Teague is Dean of the School of Business and Professional Studies at UMass Global. A first-generation college graduate, she is committed to expanding access to high-quality, workforce-relevant education for adult learners through innovative, flexible, and inclusive program design. 

Dr. Teague brings more than two decades of leadership experience in global higher education, with a strong focus on online learning, academic strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. Before joining UMass Global, she led online business programs at Southern New Hampshire University and held academic appointments in the U.S., U.K., and Norway. Her leadership has supported large-scale online program delivery, global curriculum development, and the integration of experiential learning in virtual environments. 

She holds a Ph.D. in International Management, an MBA, and executive credentials from Cornell University and the University of Aberdeen. Her research and professional interests include cross-cultural management, global competence development, and the democratization of online education through immersive, student-centered learning experiences. 

Dr. Teague is a dedicated advocate for educational equity and student success, particularly among nontraditional learners. At UMass Global, she leads with a focus on academic excellence, inclusive leadership, and building strong industry and community partnerships that prepare learners to thrive in a complex and changing world.
