Welcome to the School of Nursing and Health Professions at University of Massachusetts Global.
No matter what the next stage of your career in healthcare looks like, the Marybelle and S. Paul Musco School of Nursing & Health Professions readies our students for that next step. Our programs, from bachelor’s and master’s degrees to certificates and courses, are designed to adjust as the healthcare system evolves and technology advances. Thanks to courses taught by practicing nurses, our students receive real-time insight on the industry, such as the last few years’ pandemic challenges and solutions. For convenience and student success, we balance the flexibility of online coursework with key immersion sessions where students can put what they’ve learned to practice. Nursing and healthcare professions are hands-on, and it’s vital our students spend time in lab with our experienced faculty members. Devoting yourself to a career of caring for others is a noble pursuit, and I want to applaud you for your willingness and passion to do so after the uncertain times of the COVID-19 pandemic. Let’s work together to create innovative solutions that optimize patient care.
Sincerely,
Patric Schine, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC
