Biography
Professor Weaver earned her Master’s in Social Work from Loma Linda University. Her educational credits also include a MPA from Arizona State University. She holds a certification in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International.
Professor Weaver is a licensed clinical social worker in California and Arizona. Professor Weaver has worked in the social work field for 20 years and has experience in working with chronically and persistently mentally ill adults and children. She worked in a forensic social work setting for a number of years and multiple mental health crisis settings. Working within a government agency she moved into a program management role. Quality management and public policy became a specialty of hers as she served as a County Liaison and Chief Quality Management Officer. Additionally she is the Founder and President of a non-profit organization for pregnancy/infant loss.

Worked with a team to develop the BBA and MBA programs. Developed the first blended classes. Developed Competency-based BBA Program. Taught these classes.
