About Amanda:
I’m Amanda Duff, a certified coach and experienced HR leader with a background in accounting and professional services. I’ve spent the last 10+ years helping individuals and organizations navigate change, clarify goals, and build systems that support both performance and well-being. I’m especially passionate about helping high-achievers and emerging leaders answer their "now what?" questions. Whether they’re feeling stuck, stretched too thin, or ready to shift into something new.
As the founder of Now What, I work with individuals and businesses to create more intentional, people-centered strategies for growth. My coaching approach is practical and personalized, rooted in curiosity, honest conversation, and actionable tools that actually make life and work better.
What makes a coaching relationship great?
A great coaching relationship is built on trust, curiosity, and a shared commitment to growth. It works best when we both show up honestly and stay open to discovering what’s really going on beneath the surface. I ask important and thoughtful questions that help people get unstuck and move forward with purpose.
What characteristics do you admire?
I admire people who are self-aware, thoughtful, and willing to do the hard work of growing, even when it’s messy or uncomfortable. I also deeply respect people who are honest about what’s not working and still show up to try again.
What makes a perfect day off?
Slow mornings with no alarm clocks. Endless ice tea, sunshine, a good book and being outside with my family - preferably somewhere by the water. I love when the day feels unhurried, a little bit spontaneous, and full of adventure.

With extensive experience as a Senior Director of People Operations and HR, Amanda has worked closely with professional services firms and other businesses to optimize HR processes, empower leaders, and cultivate environments where teams can thrive.
