Dr. Michael A. Moodian has been affiliated with UMass Global since 2007, when the school was a division of Chapman University. Michael teaches courses in the communications and sociology programs. He edited the textbook Contemporary Leadership and Intercultural Competence (Sage Publications) in 2008 and was lead writer for an award-winning PBS documentary, Coastal Crisis: California’s Vanishing Beaches, in 2022. Michael resides with his wife and young son in Orange County, CA.
