Through culturally competent care, the client’s culture, race and ethnicity is considered when determining diagnosis and treatment plans. In this webinar, behavioral health professionals will learn the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to provide culturally competent and inclusive care. Cultural humility, effective treatment methods for diverse populations, and strategies for creating safe and welcoming environments for clients from various backgrounds will be discussed.
