Start Your Education Journey in 3 Simple Steps

1) Confirm Your Enrollment 

To confirm your enrollment in the program, you must complete your tuition installment(s) by the specified due dates outlined in your online application dashboard.

2) Complete the Setup of Your Student Account

You have received an email from UMass Global with the subject line “UMass Global: Account Information Enclosed.” Within this email, you will find important details, including your UMass Global username, temporary password, directions for your first-time login, email, ID number, and comprehensive instructions on changing your password.

If, for any reason, you encounter difficulty in locating this important email, we encourage you to promptly reach out to our dedicated admissions team at mbaonline@emeritus.org for assistance.

3) Login to Your Courses and Student Email

After acquiring your UMass Global student email and successfully updating your password, please click the button below to access your courses.

Student Resources

  • First Time Logging In

    Your university user account and a temporary password were sent to you in your Account Information email to the personal email account you provided the university. The next step in your onboarding process is to set a new password that only you know utilizing the password reset function. During this initial password reset process you will be required to enroll in the university multifactor authentication (MFA) and self-service password reset application. We highly recommend entering at least two forms of authentication to use with MFA. Click the “First Login” button below and follow the steps to set a new password for your account.

    If you have forgotten your password or you know your password and are required to change your password, click the “Reset Password” button below, or you can visit the campus Single Sign-On (SSO) password-reset function. You will be asked to verify yourself using two forms of authentication that you set up for the self-service password reset application.
