Job Alerts

The next time you receive a job alert, click on the provided link to discontinue/unsubscribe from the service.

Our job alert service allows you to submit your email address to receive notifications of all newly posted positions in a particular category. These emails are automated and do not automatically submit your resume/qualifications for the position. Once you have received a job alert, you still must indicate your interest in the position by applying for that position.
Job Application Process

Click here to search current UMass Global openings. Once you find one or more positions that you would like to apply for, add them to your “Saved Jobs”. When you are ready, click “Apply Now”" to complete an application. If none of the current positions are a good match for you, you set up a Job Alert to be notified of future openings.

After logging into the Careers site, you can view the status of the job opening for all the positions that you have applied.

Log in with your email address and password and edit your profile.

If you are qualified for and interested in more than one job opening, and you have already submitted your resume through the Careers site, simply log in as a registered user with your existing email address and password. Add the desired positions you wish to apply for to your “Saved Jobs” bank. You can access your saved jobs by to your profile. Here you will be able to complete the process but clicking on the “Apply Now” tab. Your information will automatically populate, making it ideal for multiple submission.

No, UMass Global accepts resumes only through our online Careers site. Resumes that are mailed, emailed, faxed or forwarded in any other way are not accepted.

UMass Global does not have a call-back phone line for checking the status of your submission. However, you will receive an emailed response acknowledging the receipt of your resume/qualifications as soon as you submit.

When you apply online, your resume is sent directly to our recruitment database, which is accessed by our recruiters. After applying, you will receive a confirmation notice that your resume has been received. Your qualifications will be carefully reviewed. If additional information is needed or you are selected for an interview, a member of our recruiting team or an employee from the specific job site will contact you via email or telephone.

If you have a new email address, log in using your old email address and update your profile with your new email address.

An email address is required. You must set up an email account to be able to log in and submit your resume.

Type in your email address and click "Forgot Password." We will email your password to you.

Yes. If you choose the option to be considered for other positions, then your resume goes directly into our database and our recruiters nationwide will have access to it.

Available positions at UMass Global are posted here. Open positions remain posted until they are filled or cancelled.

As each new position is opened and approved, it is posted to the Careers site.
