Successful completion of the Leadership Transformation Certificate may qualify as academic credit or serve as a substitute for specific courses in the UMass Global undergraduate or graduate degree programs, offering you significant time and cost savings.

  • Equivalent Undergraduate Course (Credit Hour): OLCU 414 Teambuilding - 3 credits
  • Equivalent Undergraduate Competency (CBE) for the Bachelor’s in Business Administration (BBA): OLCC 414 Team Building - 3 credits

Graduate Credits

  • Equivalent Graduate Course (Credit Hour): OLCU 614 Leadership & Team Development - 3 credits
