Successful completion of the Leadership Core Certificate may qualify as academic credit or serve as a substitute for specific courses in the UMass Global undergraduate or graduate degree programs, offering you significant time and cost savings. 

Undergraduate Credits

  • Equivalent Undergraduate Course (Credit Hour) OLCU 425 Leadership in Diverse and Multicultural Organizations - 3 credits
  • Equivalent Undergraduate Competency (CBE): OLCC 425 Leadership in Diverse and Multicultural Organizations - 1.5 credits and OLCC 430 Human Resources - 1.5 credits

Graduate Credits

  • Equivalent Graduate Course (Credit Hour): HRCU 603 Globalization and Diversity - 3 credits
  • Equivalent Graduate Competency (CBE) for the Master’s in Organizational Leadership (MAOL): HRCC 603 Globalization and Diversity - 3 credits
