"Even though I've been in the field of education for a few decades, I'm still learning about what opportunities are out there. The field of education continues to evolve, and we need to evolve with it. It's a continuous process of growth. So, my big advice to people is to be open-minded to the pathways and possibilities for your career trajectory. Every step along my own journey, even though it was not straight, it gives me a new perspective. I have another layer of experience that I can bring into a new role based on those experiences."
