Jerry Legé is professor for mathematics and science, and works with the competency-based education program offered by University of Massachusetts Global.In his capacity as a tutorial faculty, he works with business and I.T. students to facilitate better understanding of what they have learned, to answer specific questions they have about content areas within mathematics and science, and to provide support as students work to demonstrate their understanding via exams and term papers.
Jerry holds a master’s degree and a doctorate in mathematics education, both from Teachers College, Columbia University. He has authored several papers on the teaching of mathematical modeling.
