Continuing Education students can obtain their UMass Global username and password by contacting the Extended Education Department by phone at 800-632-0094 or by email at exed@umassglobal.edu.

Academic Programs

Academic semester credit courses may be used to satisfy requirements in undergraduate, graduate-level degree, credential, or certificate programs. Most Professional Development Units (PDUs) are calculated at 15 contact hours per PDU. Courses that award PDUs may be useful for moving up salary scales and maintaining certifications or licensure. Unless specifically articulated to an academic credit-bearing course or program, these courses may not be used to satisfy coursework in any degree program.

Business

Yes, we assist many students in utilizing their tuition assistance program through their employer. Please contact corporatetraining@umassglobal.edu for assistance with your specific program.

If you have forgotten your password or you know your password and are required to change your password, click the “Reset Password” button below, or you can visit the campus Single Sign-On (SSO) password-reset function. New Users:

Your university user account and a temporary password were sent to you in your Admissions email (for students) or Welcome email (for employees) to the personal email account you provided the university. The next step in your onboarding process is to set a new password that only you know utilizing the password reset function. During this initial password reset process you will be required to enroll in the university multifactor authentication (MFA) and self-service password reset application. We highly recommend entering at least two forms of authentication to use with MFA. Click the “First Login” button below and follow the steps to set a new password for your account.
