The Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership merges theory and practice to help mid-level career professionals to have a heightened awareness of their capabilities and limitations as change agents. You will explore areas such as democracy, ethics, systems, teams and organizational development. Certificate-only students are not eligible for financial aid nor are students taking the course after completion of a degree program.

As a student, you will:

Complete three foundation courses and two electives.
Complete an advanced level certificate to add to your resume.
Enhance your leadership skills by learning how to create a workplace culture based on a common vision.

Core Requirements

The certificate is awarded upon successful completion of all coursework (15 credits) with a minimum grade of “C” and an overall grade point average of 3.0. No transfer credits may be used. All course prerequisites must be completed.
